Size and Fit

We don’t handle refunds or exchanges if the size or fit isn’t right. It’s crucial to select the appropriate size when ordering. To assist, each product page features a size chart for reference.

Delivery Address Issues

If a package can’t be delivered due to inaccurate or incomplete address details, we can’t take responsibility. We strive to ensure accuracy by sending an order confirmation immediately after you place an order, allowing you to verify the shipping details. Any reshipment costs due to incorrect address information will be billed to the customer.

Returns and Exchanges

Our return and exchange policy lasts for 30 days from the day you receive the product. After this period, we’re unable to process refunds or exchanges.

If you haven’t received your item within 30 days, please reach out to our team via our Contact Us page. We’ll either arrange for a replacement or refund your purchase.
